Job Description

We're looking for you. Yes, you. The clever and organized people-person who lives and breathes the internet. You’re highly observant and incredibly methodical. By the time you’ve finished reading this, you’re already creeping on our About Us, clients, and social media accounts. You love spreading the word and helping brands navigate new landscapes. You know that when your clients win, you win. And you get a kick out of making it happen.

It’s safe to say, we were meant to be.

As our Digital Engagement Manager, you lead account management, digital marketing strategy development, and execution for your growth-minded and ever-evolving clients. You collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of designers and strategists to turn marketing plans into measurable impact. Part client consultant and part practitioner, you're capable of seeing the big picture and also putting in the work.

Client Management & Day-to-Day Communication

Client service is an art. You are one of the great masters. When your clients want to know why, you give them the answers, in their own language.

As their primary contact,

you serve them as a professional guide to all things digital marketing and strategy. You are prompt in your responses and respectful in your replies — never overwhelming and always helpful. Managing expectations is the name of the game. Make your clients proud.

Strategic Planning & Consulting

You never get tired of starting sentences with, “What are your goals? You ask the right questions to map your clients’ sales funnels, and are comfortable developing personas based on research and data. You can articulate how social and digital is important to an overall marketing strategy, both generally and in the context of your clients’ business. No two business cases look alike. While we're most proficient in social, you bring a holistic view of digital marketing to the table. Whether driving discovery through Facebook ads, or visibility in SERPs, you strike a healthy balance of paid, earned, and owned media to build the right programs for the right goals.

Internally, your value is the same. Expect to jump into discussions about new business development, company positioning, capabilities, and processes from day one.

Digital Marketing Execution

You understand how social and digital media drives business growth, and have the track record to prove it. Alongside your team, you help write copy, manage campaigns, run experiments, and draft reports.
